Training Leaders
As Foursquare continues to grow in Papua New Guinea it requires more leaders to pastor churches and tend to the expanding Christian congregations. As a movement we are dedicated to raising up this new generation of leaders to support the work now and to lead the movement in the future.
We do this through mentoring maturing leaders in local churches and by providing Biblical educational opportunities through four, Foursquare Bible Colleges in the Country, and through continuing education opportunities such as Intensive Ministry Training Seminars held regionally.
Foursquare Bible Colleges
Currently Life Bible Colleges are located in:
- Goroka, LIFE Bible Colege
- Port Moresby, Southern Region LIFE Bible College
- Wapenamanda, One Way Bible College
- Madang, Lighthouse Bible College
Upgrading from Certificates to Dimplomas
Currently Dr. Steve Highlander, FMI Missionary to PNG is offering the opportunity for pastors with a one year certificate to upgrade to a two year, Dimploma / Associates Degree in Biblical Studies. The program is currently being offered through the Southern Region LIFE Bible College in Port Moresby and FAith Bible College in the USA. Degrees are internationally accredited through Visions International and recognized world wide.
